摘要
继电保护在线监测评价管理系统是为实现继电保护远程自动化专业运行管理提供的一体化解决方案,主要实现了从数据采集、数据传输、状态评估到预警报告的全流程管理.本文主要针对继电保护在线监测评价管理系统的架构和开发技术进行了研究分析,给出了系统的设计与实现方法.
Abstract
Relay protection on-line monitoring and evaluation management system is an integration solution to enhancing remote automatic professional management of relay protection.Thereby,the whole process management is realized,from data collection,data transmisson,status evaluation to warning and reporting process.By studying and analyzing the architecture and development technology of relay protection on-line monitoring and evaluation management system,this paper offers an idea on the design and implementation of the system.
