变频式自动真空滤油机的研究与设计

摘要
研究了在油温及流量不变的条件下,真空度对变压器油真空滤油机过滤效果的影响.利用研究成果,设计了一种变频式自动真空滤油机,使得处理过程具有操作简单,自动化程度及工作效率高的特点.通过与传统真空滤油机进行处理效率及效果的对比试验,验证了设计的变频式自动真空滤油机明显优于其他变压器油真空滤油机.
Abstract
This paper researches the effects of vacuum degree on vacuum transformer oil filter under the condition that the oil temperature and flow rate remain constant.Based on the research results,a kind of variable-frequency automatic vacuum oil filter is designed to improve the filtering process in terms of operation simplicity,automation degree and high efficiency.The contrast test with the traditional vacuum oil filter in the processing efficiency and effectiveness verifies that the designed variable-frequency automatic vacuum oil filter is superior to other vacuum transformer oil filter.
