考虑短时灵活性需求及资源调用成本的灵活性资源优化调度

灵活性是电力系统的固有属性,是衡量电力系统应对不确定性能力的重要指标.在电力系统灵活性概念的基础上,针对电力系统灵活性需求,提出电力系统灵活性资源优化方法;利用灵活性需求的时间尺度和方向性的两大特点,总结了电力系统灵活性资源分类原则,形成不同时间尺度和方向下的灵活性资源集合;根据灵活性资源的特点及分析,确定了灵活性资源响应灵活性需求的成本,在考虑灵活性约束的前提下,建立了灵活性资源优化模型.多时间尺度下的算例证明了该模型的有效性,是对传统优化过程的很好补充.
Flexibility Resource Optimization Dispatch Considering Short-Term Flexibility Demand and Invoking Cost
Flexibility is an inherent property of power system and an important indicator of power system capability to deal with uncertainties.On the basis of the concept of power system flexibility,the optimization method of flexibility resources is proposed in this paper considering the power grid flexibility demand.The classification principles of the flexibility resources are summarized based on the two main characteristics of flexibility demand,namely time scale and direction,and the sets of flexibility resources under different time scales and directions are formulated.According to the characteristics and analysis of flexibility resources,the costs of resources in response to the flexibility demands are determined,and the optimization model for flexibility resources considering the flexibility constraints is proposed.Examples under multi timescales verify the model as an effective complement to traditional optimization process.
