Reactive Power Planning Based on Successive Optimal Genetic Algorithm
In this paper,the partial derivative of active power loss to compensation capacity is applied to locating the compensation node.The nodes whose partial derivative value is greater than the average are chosen as the candidate bus of compensation.Based on this result,a modified successive optimal genetic algorithm(SGA) is applied to optimize reactive power planning of power system.This algorithm,modifying the pattern of optimization,is applied to dimensionality reduction and the optimal efficiency improvement.The numerical results on IEEE30 and IEEE118 show the feasibility of this method.
