基于广域量测信息的分区电网结构动态调整方案研究

上海电网为抑制短路电流,220kV电网为分层分区独立运行,分区电网结构调整日益频繁.鉴于同步相量测量单元(PMU)装置能实时、同步获得母线动态电压相角信息,在已有的解合环在线操作研究基础上,引入PMU量测数据进行分区电网解合环操作,自动检测解合环条件是否满足,搜索合理的解合环方案,具体提出了分区电网负荷转移和分区电网合环支援方案的研究方法.该方法大大提高了分区电网结构动态调整的准确性和有效性,有力保障了分区电网的运行安全.以上海电网为算例,证明了该研究方法的有效性.
Dynamic Adjustment Schemes for Divisional Power Grid Structures Based on Phasor Measurement Unit
To control the short-circuit current of Shanghai power grid,220kV power system runs hierarchically and divisionally at present and the structure of the divisional power grid needs frequent adjustment.The Phasor Measurement Unit (PMU) devices can obtain dynamic bus voltage magnitude and phase angle instantaneously and simultaneously.Therefore,the operations of breaking and closing loops based on PMUs is presented,including automatically detecting whether the conditions of breaking and closing loops can be satisfied and searching for reasonable schemes of breaking and closing loops.The research on schemes of load transfer and power support from closing loops in divisional power grid is specifically proposed.Finally,the validity of the research methods are verified by the example of Shanghai power grid.
