摘要
城市电网是电力系统主要的负荷中心,N-1-1停运下的电网供电能力是城网可靠性的重要内容.对比了国内外部分先进地区对城市电网N-1-1停运下的供电可靠性要求,分析了城网中变电站内和站间联络结构对N-1-1停运后供电能力的影响,讨论了满足英国ER P2/6导则N-1-1标准的城网结构,在此基础上提出了适用于城网进一步发展的更加严格的N-1-1停运供电可靠性标准及相应结构.
Abstract
Urban power grid is a major load center of power system.The power supply capacity in N-1-1 outage is the important part of the urban network reliability.This paper compares the grid reliability requirements in N-1-1 outage of some developed urban areas in China and abroad,and analyzes the impact of the intra-and intersubstation contact structure on power supply capacity during N-1-1 outage.In addition,the urban network structure which can meet the N-1-1 standard of British ER P2/6 guideline is discussed,and thereupon a more stringent N-1-1 standard and corresponding network structure is proposed to accommodate the development of urban power grid.
