Study on the locations of Out-of-Step Splitting Equipments in Large-Scale Power Grids Based on EEAC
It is necessary for a power system to preseleet appropriate splitting locations and allocate out-of-step splitting equipments. This paper presents a method to locate the out-of-step separation equipments based on the extended equal-area criterion (EEAC).The case analysis about its application on East China power grid illustrates its feasibility.
