介绍了微气象灾害形成的机制,研究分析了微气象灾害对电力系统造成的影响,指明了建立电力微气象监测与预警系统面临的主要问题,提出电力微气象监测预警系统的体系架构,为建立电力微气象监测与预警系统提供了参考.
Abstract
This paper introduces the formation mechanism of the micro-meteorological disasters,and analyzes the impacts of micro-meteorological disasters on power system and the main problems facing the electric micro-meteorological monitoring and warning system.Then the system architecture is proposed,providing reference for establishing power micro-meteorological monitoring and warning system.
