摘要
基于自主研发的分区电网大功率缺额后的仿真模型及算法,在机电暂态仿真中离散修正工频网络参数,并针对华东电网分层分区运行现状,根据华东分区运行的电压、频率特性,提出华东分区电网大功率缺额后的安全控制策略,着重分析了“N-2”联切负荷控制策略和低频减载控制策略.
Abstract
Based on the self-developed simulation model and algorithm for East China grid after high-power gap,the fundamental frequency parameters are corrected discretely in the electromechanical transient simulation.Then considering the operation status including voltage and frequency characteristics,this paper proposes security control strategy applied to East China grid while a large amount of power shortage occurs,with a focus on analyzing "N-2" load shedding control strategy and under-frequency load shedding scheme.
