一种基于加权垂面距离的电能质量综合评估方法

为了实现在工程应用中电能质量综合评估的直观性和实用性,提出了一种基于正交投影法的电能质量综合评估方法.正交投影法用垂面距离代替欧氏距离,并对垂面距离值加权;运用信息熵值法客观地确定了各个指标的权重,并给出了具体的测算公式;以正交投影法和熵值赋权法为基础进行组合,得到的组合评价方法能够提高评价结果的有效性.另外,通过与理想解法和突变决策法比较,验证了基于正交投影法的电能质量综合评估结果的有效性.
A Comprehensive Method for Power Quality Evaluation Based on Weighted Vertical Distance
To realize the intuitive and practical performance of power quality comprehensive evaluation,this paper presents a comprehensive method based on the orthogonal projection approach,which replaces Euclidean distance with vertical distance,and adds weight to the vertical distance.The weight of each indicator is calculated by the information entropy and the calculation formula is derived.The evaluation method which combines the orthogonal projection approach with the entropy weight method can improve the evaluation result validity.Finally,in comparison with the catastrophe decision theory and the TOPSIS approach,the orthogonal projection approach is proved to be practical and accurate.
