分级调度模式下网省协调控制效果与整个电网的电压稳定性紧密相关.网省协调中协调关口可增减无功影响到实时控制效果,它可以划分为两个子问题,第一个是如何确定协调关口,形成协调区域,第二个是如何计算关口可增减无功.对于第一个问题,为了解决“大环带小环”运行模式下存在的协调区域难以划分,受电网运行方式大的难题,采用基于拓扑搜索自动形成协调区域;对于第二个问题,采用基于灵敏度的手段实时计算协调关口可增减无功,并引入了协调区内分组实现降维处理,从而保证了策略工程化应用的可行性.通过实际案例对本方法进行验证,结果表明该方法具有一定的实用价值.
Calculation Method of Increasable and Decreasable Reactive Power for AVC Region-Province Coordination Gate
Region-province coordination control under the hierarchical scheduling mode is closely related with the grid voltage stability.The real-time control precision is affected by the increasable and decreasable reactive power of the region-province coordination gate.In fact,the calculation consists of two problems:the first one is how to define the coordination gate and form the coordination zone; the second one is how to calculate the increasable and decreasable reactive power.For the first problem,coordination zones are automatically formed based on the topology searching in order to solve the difficult zone division problem,which occurs under the "big rings take the small ones" operation mode; for the second problem,realtime calculation is made for increasable and decreasable reactive power based on sensitivity,and dimension decreasing process is performed by grouping approach within each coordination zone,which guarantees the feasibility of engineering applications.Finally,a real case has been researched to verify the validity of the proposed method.
