基于集成赋权理想物元可拓模型的火力发电燃煤供应商选择策略

为降低火力发电成本,提高市场竞争力,从燃料质量、成本因素、信誉和可持续发展能力四个方面构建了火力发电燃煤供应商选择的评价指标体系,提出了基于集成赋权理想物元可拓模型的火力发电燃煤供应商评价模型.选取正负理想物元经典域,应用贴近度替代传统最大隶属度准则计算待评物元与正负理想物元的距离,得到评价方案的完全排序;通过对6个火力发电燃煤供应商进行算例仿真验证了评价方法的有效性,并与理想点法、罗马尼亚选择法等方法比较,验证了评价方法的可靠性.
Coal Supplier Selection Strategy for Thermal Power Plants Based on the Integrated Empowering and Ideal Matter-Element Extension Model
In order to reduce thermal power generation cost and improve its market competitiveness,this paper establishes the evaluation index system of coal supplier selection,considering the four factors:fuel quality,cost,credit and sustainable development capacity,and presents the coal supplier evaluation model on the basis of integrated empowering and ideal matter-element extension model.The paper selects the ideal positive and negative matter element classical field and uses the nearness to replace traditional maximum degree of membership criterion and calculates the positive or negative distance between the matter-elements to be evaluated with the ideal matter-element,then it can obtain the complete ranking results of the evaluation program.Finally the simulation of 6 thermal power plant coal suppliers and comparison with the ideal point method and Romania selection method have verified that the proposed method is effective and reliable.
