摘要
抽水蓄能电站参与系统运行能够有效提高电网的风电接纳水平.从系统角度出发构建了机组组合模型,将风电和抽水蓄能电站的运行优化问题与传统机组相结合,研究了系统最优调度策略.通过10机组系统的算例分析,得出了常规火电机组、风电以及抽水蓄能电站的最优调度策略.另外,对比分析了抽水蓄能电站在提升系统运行的经济性和风电并网水平方面的积极作用.
Abstract
The participation of pumped storage power station in the power system operation can effectively improve the wind powe access to power grid.The unit commitment model is constructed from the perspective of system; the system optimal dispatching strategy is researched by combining the operation optimization of wind power and pumped storage power station with the conventional unit commitment.Through the example analysis of a 10-unit system,the optimal dispatching strategy is formulated for conventional thermal units,and wind power and pumped storage power station.Comparative analysis is made on the effects of pumpe storage station on improving the system operation economy and the wind powe access.
