摘要
核电项目经济性水平对实现AP1000核电商业化、提高核电市场竞争力具有非常重要的意义.选取了上网电价作为衡量项目经济性的指标,对影响上网电价的因素进行了识别及敏感性分析,通过研究影响因素变动对上网电价的影响程度,提出核电项目经济性优化的核心要素及政策手段,为提升核电工程建设经济性提供理论支撑与借鉴.
Abstract
Economy of nuclear power project is of great significance to AP1000 nuclear power commercialization and market competitiveness.This paper selects the feed-in tariff as a measure of project economy and for the feed-in tariff factor recognition and sensitivity analysis.By studying the factors influencing the feed-in tariff,the core elements and policy means of nuclear power project economical optimization are presented in order to provide theoretical support and reference for improving nuclear power engineering construction economy.
