特高压数字化变电站不停电遥控试验的研究与应用

针对特高压数字化变电站翻接过程中遇到的遥控试验问题,提出了一种新型的不停电遥控试验方法.通过将数字化变电站网络结构和现场接线相结合,确定遥控试验所需要经过的各个回路;然后分析得出几个可行的不停电遥控试验方法;再对这些不停电遥控试验方法中的弊端进行改进;最后将改进型的不停电遥控试验方法运用于特高压项目沪西站中,示例了其优越性.通过改进不停电遥控试验方法,不仅简化了施工,节省了大量核对工作量,提高了工作效率,加快了工程进度,而且从技术上保障了遥控试验的安全性和可靠性,为今后的工作提供了规范标准.
Research and Application for Remote Testing of UHV Digital Substation Without Power Cut
Aiming to solve the issues of remote testing during turning UHV digital substation,this paper presents a new approach for the remote testing without power cut.The circuit for remote testing is determined through associating the network structure of the digital substation with the field connection,which is analyzed in order to determine several feasible remote testing methods.Then improve the drawbacks of these methods,and the improved method is applied to the UHV project in the Huxi substation,which examples its superiority.Using improved uninterrupted remote testing method will not only simplify the construction,save a lot of checking workload,make work efficiently,speed up the progress of the project,but also make the remote testing safe and reliably in the technical to make normative standards for the future work.
