基于含衰老和竞争机制的粒子群算法的配电网重构

为克服基本粒子群算法易陷入局部最优而导致的早熟收敛,引入了一种含衰老和竞争机制的粒子群算法求解非线性整数组合优化的配电网重构问题.该算法引入衰老和竞争机制,设计了领袖寿命调整、竞争者产生和竞争者领导能力评估等策略以改善粒子群算法的收敛特性.IEEE16、IEEE33和IEEE69三个典型测试系统的重构结果表明,ACM-PSO不仅保持了基本粒子群算法的快速收敛特性,而且在全局寻优能力和稳定性方面较基本粒子群算法有了明显的提高.
Distribution Network Reconfiguration Based on Particle Swarm Optimization with Aging and Challenging Mechanism
To overcome the premature convergence defect due to the particle swarm optimization (PSO) vulnerability to falling into local optima,a new approach applying PSO with aging and challenging mechanism (ACM-PSO) has been introduced for solving nonlinear integer combinatorial optimization problem of distribution network reconfiguration.In ACM-PSO,the mechanism of aging and challenging is adopted,and strategies of leader lifespan adjustment,challenger generation and leadership assessment are designed to improve the convergence of PSO.The reconfiguration results of IEEE16,IEEE33 and IEEE69 testing system show that ACM-PSO not only maintains the rapid convergence of PSO,but also significantly improves the global searching capability and stability.
