变压器在线频响法关键技术研究与实验分析

离线测试变压器的频率响应是反应其绕组状态的有效方法之一.研究频响法的在线应用,分析变压器运行时,扫频信号注入和响应信号提取的方法,设计了在线检测时的相关保护电路,以此为基础,对1台380 V/35 000 V的变压器进行了模拟在线的频响测试,检验本文所设计的信号注入和提取方法的可行性,并利用原边并联不同大小电容的方式模拟绕组变形的发生,通过电容值大小的改变,来反应在线频率响应法的检测灵敏度.
Key Technology Research and Experimental Analysis of Transformer Online Frequency Response
The frequency response analysis (FRA) is one of the most effective offline methods to detect the winding deformation of transformers.This paper studies the online application of FRA,as well as the method of injection of swept frequency signal and the extraction of response signal.The related protective circuit were also designed.The online tests on one 380 V/35000 V transformer were performed based on the designed hardware circuit.To simulate the winding deformation,the different shunt capacitors were connected with the primary side of the transformer.With the change of the capacitor value,the sensitivity of online FRA method was reflected.
