Synchronous Sampling Technology for Capacitive Apparatus Online Monitoring System Based on IRIG-B
Online monitoring of dielectric loss angle (δ) is an effective measure to assess the insulation condition of HV capacitive apparatus.The measurement precision of the dielectric loss value or resistance current value is closely related with the sampling data of each subsystem (such as PT and MOA),and the synchronization of sampling time between each subsystem is the basic guarantee of the effectiveness and accuracy of monitoring data.This paper adopts the plan of the time synchronization with IRIG-B to realize the system time synchronization,and uses CPLD as the control chip in coding and decoding of IRIG-B.It introduces the structure design and the principle of encoding and decoding in the time synchronization with IRIG-B,and also analyzes the results of the plan application in the experiment and field.This plan has many advantages,including high measurement accuracy,simple hardware design,low cost,high practicability,etc.
