摘要
立足于金山配电网实际,对不确定条件下的配电系统可靠性研究进展进行了调研分析,结合常规配电系统可靠性的分析处理方法,采用适用于实际配电网的含不确定性的配电系统可靠性评估方法,并综合考虑了线路容量和电压约束.通过金山电网的实际局部配网算例,验证了所提方法的有效性,并综合现有研究成果提出了一些具有参考性的意见和结论.
Abstract
Based on the actual distribution network in Jinshan,this paper explores into the research progress of distribution network reliability assessment in uncertain conditions.The research combines with the conventional distribution system reliability analysis method,adopts methods applicable to the actual distribution network containing uncertainty,and takes into account the line capacity and voltage constraints.The effectiveness of the proposed method has been proved by actual evaluation in Jinshan distribution network and a number of referential opinions and conclusions have been presented based on the existing researches.
