550 kV GIS隔离开关对地闪络原因分析及技术改造

介绍了在550 kV GIS隔离开关分闸操作过程中对地闪络事故发生后,通过对故障隔离开关进行解体调查、工厂EMTP数值分析计算和试验以及现场验证,判断故障原因为隔离开关分闸过程中54 mm断口位置小概率地发生断口重击穿,重击穿中产生的VFTO(特别快速暂态过电压)过电压超过了隔离开关此条件下的对地绝缘水平,因而发生对地闪络事故.根据原因分析提出了隔离开关内部结构的技术改进方案,并通过了工厂试验和IEC标准规定的隔离开关分合电容电流dutyl和duty3试验,在现场完成了隔离开关的改造.
Cause Analysis and Improvement of 550 kV GIS DS Ground Flashover
Through the analysis of the ground flashover accident during the opening process of 550 kV GIS disconnector switch (DS) based on the faulty DS disintegration research,EMTP numerical calculation and testing and on-site validation,it is found that the ground flashover accident occurs due to the heavy breakdown of fracture at 54 mm fracture location with small probability,and the consequent VFTO (very fast transient overvohage) exceeding the DS's insulation level to ground in this condition.Accordingly,the technical improvement scheme for the DS internal structure is proposed,which has been tested in factory and verified in the DS the capacitance current duty1 and duty3 test stipulated by IEC standards.The DS transformation has been completed on site.
