摘要
通过研究发电机组一次调频评价和考核办法,总结了其主要方法和特点,结合多年来持续开展的不同类型机组一次调频性能分析和优化工作,重点分析总结了目前上海电网不同类型发电机组实际的调频性能和特点,指出了实际一次调频考核时的办法与发电机组真实调频能力之间存在的问题或有待进一步完善的地方,希望对维护和持续改善上海电网一次调频性能起到参考作用.
Abstract
This paper studies the evaluation and assessment methods for primary frequency regulation (PFR) of generating units,and summarizes the main methods and characteristics.Combined with the years' experience in PFR perfomance analysis and optimization work of different types of units,it mainly summarizes the practical PFR perfomance and features of Shanghai power grid,and points out the actual problems between PFR assessment methods and the real frequency modulation performance of generating units,hoping to provide reference for maintaining and improving PFR performance of Shanghai power grid.
