泸定智能变电站电子式电流电压互感器的异常处理

泸定智能变电站作为上海电网第1座智能变电站,其投运后遇及电子式电流电压互感器(ECVT)的电压突变缺陷.通过调阅MMS后台电压曲线,结合故障录波仪所采集到的数据,并根据当时的运行方式,通过与1根互馈线的线路电压比较,初步排除了系统电压扰动的可能性.筹建人员针对分配器采用逐级录波及高斯低通滤波方法,发现在第二级分配器与合并单元之间发生谐振,通过调整参数,解决了电压突变的异常.
Exception Handling of Electronic Current and Voltage Transformer in Luding Intelligent Substation
In Luding intelligent substation,the first intelligent substation in Shanghai power grid,there occurred the voltage jump of its electronic current and voltage transformer (ECVT) during the operation.By analyzing the MMS backend voltage curves,combining with the data collected by fault recorder and considering the operation mode,this research compared with single-feeder line voltage,and ruled out preliminarily the possibility of system voltage disturbance.Considering the stepwise fault recording and Gaussian low-pass filter method applied in distributors,the construction personnel found that resonance occurred between the secondary distributor and merging units.By adjusting the parameters,the abnormal voltage jump has been solved.
