火力发电厂安装脱硝系统以后,系统运行方式改变,分析了脱硝系统喷氨格栅磨损、氨逃逸率大以及空预器冷端硫酸氢氨腐蚀及积灰原因,以期能在运行方式上作出有效调整,控制氨逃逸率及空预器冷端硫酸氢氨腐蚀及积灰,减少因此造成机组非计划停运.
Influence of Denitrification System High Ammonia Escape Rate on Air Preheater and Prevention Measures
Power system changes in operation mode after the denitration system installation in thermal power plants.This paper analyzes the causes of the ammonia injection grid wearing,high ammonia escape rate,the cold end ammonium hydrogen sulfate corrosion and ash deposit in the air preheaters.Then it presents prevention measures to adjust the operation modes,control ammonia escape rate and the cold end ammonium hydrogen sulfate corrosion and ash deposit in the air preheaters,with a view to reducing the unplanned outages of generating units.
