摘要
通过对600 MW超临界机组锅炉增加油辅助暖风系统,使机组磨煤机A入口获得制粉干燥热风.同时,利用等离子体点火及燃烧技术,利于锅炉喷燃器着火,不需要单独建设启动锅炉或利用外界热源,实现单台600 MW超临界机组无油无热源冷态启动.
Abstract
The addition of fuel-assisted heating system to 600 MW super-critical unit produces the dry-and-hot air at coal mill inlet A.Meanwhile,the use of plasma ignition and combustion techniques facilitate the boiler nozzle firing,instead of building up the extra startup boiler or applying the outside heat resource.The cold startup without the fuel or heat resource canbe fulfilled for the single 600 MW super-critical unit.
