特高压交直流背景下的江苏电网无功电压控制分析

当前,特高压交直流建设步伐加快,对受端电网而言,扩大区外来电规模已经成为各方共识.分析了江苏电网规划发展与无功电压运行情况,探讨了特高压交直流背景下开展无功电压控制研究的重大意义,分析了特高压交直流背景下电网的静态无功电压控制策略和无功补偿配置方案,并对电网动态无功电压裕度进行了仿真分析,开展了电网严重故障下的电压稳定校核.为提高特高压直流近区电网的电压稳定裕度水平,提出了安装适当动态无功补偿装置等措施,仿真计算结论显示效果良好.
Reactive Voltage Control of UHV AC/DC Jiangsu Power System
With the fast expansion of UHV AC/DC system in China,it has been generally acknowledged that the receiving power grid terminal should expand the scale of outside power input.This paper analyzes the development of Jiangsu power grid planning and reactive voltage operation,probes into the importance of researching reactive voltage control,and discusses the static reactive voltage control strategy and reactive power compensation scheme in the context of UHV AC/DC power system.The grid dynamic reactive voltage margin was simulated and analyzed ; the voltage stability was calibrated under critical faults.To improve the voltage stability margin level of power grid near UHV DC,the installation of dynamic reactive power compensation device and other appropriate measures are proposed,and the effectiveness is verified by simulation results.
