特高压交直流混联电网大停电防控方法的协调配合

结合正在建设中的特高压交直流混联电网,从进一步保障电网运行安全、增强电网防控大停电水平的角度出发,系统地构建了适用于特高压混联电网大停电协调配合防控体系,包括系统各阶段故障不同故障类型防控手段协调配合以及交直流混联系统防控系统间扰动互相影响及利用直流系统对交流系统进行支援等多个部分.在每部分中介绍了该方面国内外相关技术现状、采用协调配合进行大停电防控的原因和优势,以及实际采用的处理方法.
Coordination of Blackout Prevention and Control Methods for UHV AC/DC Power System
Combined with the UHV AC/DC power system under construction in China.,this paper systematically establishes the the blackout cooperative prevention and control system for UHV AC/DC power system,in order to further ensure the safety of power system operation and enhance the ability to prevent blackout.The system is composed of several parts:the cooperation of prevention methods corresponding to system faults in different periods,different fault types and cooperation methods between AC and DC systems,turbulence prevention from affecting each other system and DC system assistance to AC system if necessary.For each part,it introduces the international technical status,the reasons and benefits to utilize cooperation in blackout prevention,as well as the actual solutions in methods cooperation for blackout prevention.The research results has some reference value in helping formulate blackout prevention plans and fully enhancing blackout preventing ability for UHV power system.
