摘要
指出当前上海公司的线损精细化比对工作包括专线比对、共用线路比对以及低压台区与其下低压用户进行比对等三个方面.通过结合上海配电网结构现状和智能电网新技术,实现包括10 kV专线的线损精确比对、共用线路中存在高压用户和低压台区混合的线损精确比对、低压台区与其下低压用户的线损精确比对,填补低压台区,非专线用户无法实现精确比对等技术空白.
Abstract
The alignment tasks of the current line loss delicacy management in Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Company include special line alignment,common line alignment and alignment between low-voltage area and their low-voltage users.By combining the present Shanghai distribution network structure and the new smart grid technology,this research aims to realize the line loss precision alignment in such fields:10 kV special line,common lines mixed with high-voltage users and low-voltage area,and low-voltage area and their low-voltage users.This research results can techincally fill the gap where low-voltage area,and non-special line users cannot achieve precision alignment,and further develop the line loss delicacy management system to enhance the level of line loss alignment.
