省地县运行方式协同分析的研究与实践

为适应电力主管部门和监管机构对于风险评估及越来越高的管控要求,解决各级调度之间传统协同方式智能化水平低、协同作业困难的问题,在分析了省级电网、市和县三级调度机构现有工作模式的基础上,提出了基于BPA计算模型的省地县运行方式协同分析方法.该方法采用工作流技术,结合电网实测运行数据,实现了省地县三级电网计算数据的整合工作和上下级、同级调度之间协同计算、联合分析工作.实际应用指出省地县运行方式协同分析方法能让电网计算分析工作在更大范围电网内进行.
Research and Practice of Collaborative Analysis of Province-City-County Power Grid Running Mode
In order to meet the high demand for risk assessment and control by the electric power competent departments and regulators,and to solve problems of traditional collaboration between levels of dispatchers,such as low intelligence and difficult collaboration,this paper propose the collaborative analysis method for province-city-county power grid running mode based on BPA computing model.This method adopts workflow technologies,combines with the measured operation data of power grid,and implements province-city-county grid data integration and cooperative computation and analysis between upper-lower levels and same levels of dispatch departments.The actual application shows that the proposed method can conduct grid calculation and analysis in a wider scale of power grid.
