Dynamic Effects of Wind Power Control Mode on Distribution Network
Distributed generation has a huge impact on power flow and voltage distributions of power grid.In this paper, the type of wind power is modeled and divided into PQ and PV node to be calculated in the BPA steady-state simulation. It is verified that the asynchronous generator plays a great role in the reactive power distribution.Transient simulation of fault removal was conducted for these nodes using PSCAD/EMTDC,proving that the PQ node has reactive oscillation characteristics in the case of faults. Finally,a new strategy is proposed to prevent low voltage ride through on the double-fed motor, helpful to improve system stability when the lowvoltage occurs.
