摘要
现有的配网管理系统只能判断一次变电站10 kV出线或开闭简单信息,而对于输电线路接地故障类型、故障位置等信息无法判断,提供一种小电流接地系统的故障诊断研究方法,判断在配网单相接地故障情况下的故障选线和故障测距,以及小波变换理论在电力系统各领域中的应用前景.
Abstract
The existing distribution network management system can only detect the simple information of 10 kV outlet line or opening and closing in a primary substation,but can not judge such information as transmission line grounding fault type,fault location and so on.This paper presents a fault diagnosis method for small current grounding system,which can detect the fault line selection and fault location for single-phase grounding fault in distribution networ.It also describes the application prospect of wavelet transform theory in various fields of power system.
