摘要
概述了分布式垃圾焚烧发电的现状以及并入配电网的并网要求,重点介绍了分布式垃圾焚烧电站的配电网逆功率保护应用.当分布式电源设计为不可逆接入配电网方式时,如果检测到由分布式电源流入配电网的逆向电流超过一定值时,分布式电源应与配电网断开,因此逆功率保护装置在分布式电源接入配电网中不可或缺.以上海嘉定35 kV朱桥站朱17出线垃圾焚烧发电站的工程实例,分析研究分布式垃圾焚烧发电站接入配电网时逆功率保护的应用.
Abstract
This paper summarizes the status of distributed garbage incineration power generation and the requirements for grid integration,emphatically the reverse power protection.When distributed power is designed as the irreversible access to the distribution power grid,if the detected reverse current exceeds a certain value,the distributed power and distribution network will be disconnected,so reverse power protection device is indispensable in the distributed power access.The 17th outlet waste incineration power plant of Shanghai Jiading 35kV Zhuqiao Station was set as an example to study the reverse power protection applications in distributed garbage incineration power plant access to power grid.
