Model Research for Asset Divestiture Effect in Electricity Market
For deepening the reform of electricity market and promoting the optimized allocation of power resources,the power grid enterprises in China will gradually separate main business of the power grid from sideline production,such as electric power building,transmission and transformation facilities construction and exploration design.In this paper,Cournot model and supply function equilibrium model have been used to research the effect of asset divestiture on grid enterprises and social welfare.An electricity market in east China is selected for case study.By quantization of different asset divestiture situation in regional power markets,the change of overall revenue is analyzed,amd the case study results are presented.
