基于已有的变电站建设相关风险研究,构建了智能变电站建设项目风险评价指标体系,包括安全、技术、管理、经济及环境五类风险,采用直觉模糊熵对智能变电站建设项目的风险进行评价,为建设项目风险管理者识别重点关注风险因素提供参考,为其制定相应的风险防范措施提供决策依据.
Abstract
Based on the current research of substation construction risk management,this paper establishes the evaluation index system for smart substation construction risks,which are classified into five risk categories (security,technology,management,economy and environment).The intuitionistic fuzzy entropy weight method is used to evaluate substation construction risk,with a view to providing reference for project risk managers and decision-making basis for formulating the corresponding risk prevention measures.
