采用计算流体力学(CFD)数值模拟计算方法,对某电厂600 MW超临界墙式燃烧煤粉锅炉的炉内流动、燃烧和NOx生成过程进行了数值模拟研究分析,以获得该锅炉炉内流动、燃烧和NOx生成特性,为同类型锅炉的调试试验和运行提供参考依据,以充分发挥先进锅炉低NOx燃烧技术的性能,优化燃烧降低锅炉NOx排放浓度,实现锅炉安全稳定经济运行的目标.
Numerical Simulation of Wall-Fired Boiler Operation Characteristics in 600 MW Supercritical Unit
Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) numerical simulation method was applied to compute and analyze the 600 MW supercritical wall-fired boiler in terms of its operation characteristics in in-furnace flow,combustion and NOx formation.This numerical simulation result may be provided as a reference for the test and operation of the same type boilers,by which the in-furnace combustion process is optimized to achieve low NOx formation and emission,as well as the safe,stable and highly efficient operation of the boiler.
