脱硫旁路取消后,风烟系统有引增合一和保留增压风机两种不同的改造方式.针对不同的改造方案,在联锁保护的可靠性设置、风烟系统的优化调整试验、风烟系统RB功能设计与试验等方面进行重点分析,结合工程实践,指出了提高风烟系统控制可靠性的主要方向与改进措施.
Reliability Improvement of Flue Gas System After Desulphurization Passby Cancellation
After the cancellation of desulphurization passby,there are two different methods for flue gas system reconstruction:one is the ID fan and FGD booster amalgamation ; the other is to retain booster fan.In terms of the two different methods,several aspects were analyzed,such as reliability interlock protection,optimization test of flue gas system,design and test of RB function of flue gas system.Combined with the engineering practice,the main optimization measures are proposed to improve the reliability control of flue gas system.
