超声检测在超超临界机组司太立合金堆焊质量检验中的应用

随着电厂超临界、超超临界机组的普及,机组设备上“家族性“缺陷随之产生.针对采用司太立合金作为超临界、超超临界机组主汽门、调门等关键部件堆焊层的焊接质量检测难点进行了研究,提出了一套可有效检测司太立合金堆焊质量,尤其适用于评定和分析合金堆焊层与基体“脱壳”现象的超声检测及缺陷评定方法.项目研究可为大型机组关键部件的质量检验提供重要手段和依据,可及时消除机组设备上的安全隐患,进而保证整个电网的安全平稳运行.
Application of Ultrasonic Testing in Ultra-Supercritical Unit Stellite Alloy Surfacing Quality Inspection
With the popularity of supercritical and ultra-supercritical units in power plants,the “familial” defects in unit equipments arise.This paper mainly researches the difficulties in surfacing welding quality testing of key stellite alloy components,such as main valve and intercept valve in supercritical and ultra-supercritical units.Then a set of effective ultrasonic testing and defect assessment methods are presented for stellite alloy surfacing quality inspection,especially suitable for evaluation and analysis of “ shelling” phenomenon between the alloy surfacing layer and the substrate.This research provides important means and basis for the quality inspection of key components of large units,and eliminates the potential safety hazards of the unit equipment in a timely manner to ensure the smooth running of the power grid.
