35 kV~110 kV钢管杆塔检修作业平台的研制

分析了目前钢管杆塔法兰螺栓检修中遇到的各种问题以及现有法兰螺栓检修用工器具存在的缺陷,提出了35 kV~110 kV钢管杆塔检修作业平台的结构设计、材质选择以及计算机仿真受力分析的设计方案.通过对其进行的静荷载试验以及检修作业现场使用情况的分析,表明新型作业平台能够很好地解决钢管杆塔检修作业中移位困难、检修效率低下等问题,具有很好的应用价值和经济效益.
Development of Maintenance Work Platform for 35-110kV Steel Tubular Tower
Some problems in the maintenance of flange bolts in the steel tubular tower and the defects of maintenance tools are analyzed in this paper.Meanwhile,the scheme is proposed for the maintenance work platform of 35-110kV steel tubular tower,including the structural design,material selection and force analysis based on computer simulation.The static test and analysis of the actual working situation indicates that this new type of maintenance work platform can solve the problems of low efficiency and moving difficulty in steel tubular tower maintenance,proved superior in application value and economic benefits.
