Coordinated Control of Distributed Generation/Energy Storage/Controllable Load in Active Distribution Network
This study focuses on the active distribution network (ADN) connected with different kinds of distributed energy sources.A new coordinated control of distributed generation/energy storage/controllable load (DG/ESS/CL)for the active distribution network is proposed based on the multiple time scales complementary characteristics of DG/ESS/CL and combined with demand side management (DSM).By making full use of the fast power control of the ESS and flexible load adjustment of CL,the proposed control can promote active local accommodation of DG and realize the coordination optimal operation of the ADN.The proposed control strategy is performed and verified based on PSCAD/EMTDC under typical operation conditions. The simulation results show that the proposed coordination control,on the one hand, can meet the requirements of DSM and fast respond to the dispatching command of ADN.On the other hand,it can realize active local accommodation of DER.In general, the proposed control can satisfy the requirement of safety, reliability and quality of power supply, meanwhile improve the active, autonomous control ability and anti-interference ability of ADN,and enhance the total efficiency of energy utilization of ADN.
