含风电的电力系统常规火电旋转备用对风电消纳的影响

从电力系统备用角度分析常规火电旋转备用对风电消纳的影响.建立了风电经济消纳电力电量混合优化模型.模型以系统运行成本及弃风成本最小为目标,引入上、下旋转备用约束,以应对风电出力波动对系统调度带来的影响;在传统的机组组合电力模型基础上,建立了风电经济消纳的电力电量混合模型,引入系统电量平衡约束,确保系统电量平衡;引入“三公进度”电量约束,确保火电机组年度电量计划完成进度;引入电厂计划电量约束,确保电厂计划电量完成;在目标函数中,引入弃风电量成本,实现风电和常规电源之间电力资源优选.利用高性能优化建模软件,通过实际数据进行算例计算,对比分析了四种系统旋转备用配置方案对风电消纳的影响.
Influence of Thermal Unit Spinning Reserve on Wind Power Accommodation
The power system operation mode has close connection with the wind power accommodation.This paper analyzes the influence of thermal unit spinning reserve on the wind power accommodation.Therefore,a mathematic model integrated with power and electric quantity is formulated to minimize system operation cost and curtailment wind cost.Up and down spinning reserve are also included in the model to deal with the impact of wind power fluctuation on the power system dispatching.On the basis of traditional unit commitment model,the energy progress constraint,system energy balance constraint and power plant energy plan constraint are also taken into account." three-public progress" power constraint is introduced for the completion of thermal power unit annual electricity plan; plant planned power constraint for the completion of the plant power plan; the curtailment wind cost in the objective function for the optimal selection between wind power and conventional power.High-performance optimization modeling software is used,and through calculation example with actual data,the four kinds of system spinning reserve configuration scheme are compared for analyzing the influence on wind power accommodation.
