苏北安控系统建设与电网发展的适应性研究

苏北安控系统是保证苏北电力送出和华东电网安全稳定运行的一道有力屏障.近年来,苏北负荷水平大幅增加,电网结构和稳定特性也在发生改变,这对安控系统的适应性提出了新的要求.原苏北安控系统的运行和控制策略非常复杂,有必要对其进行重新校核和梳理,力争简化安控策略,降低电网调度运行的风险,以适应电网发展的需要.以2011年华东电网500 kV电网接线方式为基础,并考虑了近期已确定的网架调整,对苏北电网的稳定性进行了适应性校核和安控策略调整分析,并提出了相应的简化和改造方案.
Adaptability of Safety and Stability Control System Construction to the Development of North Jiangsu Power Grid
Safety and stability control system of North Jiangsu power grid is an important guard to assure the power transmission capability and the stable operation of East China power grid.In recent years,with the electrical load in North Jiangsu area greatly increasing,the network construction and stability characteristics are experiencing changes,and new requirements are emerging.The running and control strategies of the present safety and stability control system of North Jiangsu are very complicated,so it is necessary to check and simplify it.In this way,the risk of power grid dispatching operation can be decreased,which is helpful to adapt to the requirement of power grid development.On the basis of 500kV network connection of East China power grid in 2011,taking decided network adjustments into account,adaptability checking and control strategy adjusting analysis is made to the stability of North Jiangsu power grid.Corresponding simplification and reconstruction schedules are proposed.
