Value Assessment of Hybrid Energy Storage in Active Distribution Network User Side
Energy storage technology is an important component of the active distribution network.Single battery energy storage technology has already been applied to distribution network user side,used as spare capacity or the investment of electric power reduction.In view of high cost of battery energy storage,the optimization configuration model for battery's super capacitor hybrid energy storage (HESS) capacity is proposed based on time-sharing electricity price and load curve change law.The value evaluation model is built by constructing the minimum whole life cycle as the objective function in order to ensure the power supply reliability,power supply continuity,smooth load fluctuation and high power impulse.Particle swarm optimization algorithm is adopted and comparison is made with single battery energy storage,which verifies the economy and technical rationality of HESS hybrid energy storage in the user side of active distribution network.
