基于ODS的特高压电抗器振动测试方法研究

随着我国特高压电网建设速度的加快,目前常规电抗器振动检测技术已难以满足特高压电抗器状态分析的需求,电抗器在运行状态下振动检测的准确度不高,难以对其运行状态进行深度分析.将振动运行工作变形(ODS)检测技术应用于大型电抗器的振动状态检测,通过对其基本结构和振动机理的分析,采用有限元计算技术建立电抗器本体模型,结合现场ODS试验,对特高压电抗器从结构仿真、工作变形、数据分析三个方面研究其运行状态下的变形特性.
Vibration Testing Technology of UHV Reactor Base on ODS
With UHV power grid construction speeding up in China,the conventional reactor vibration testing technology has been difficult to meet the needs of UHV reactor state analysis.The low vibration detection accuracy of reactor in running state makes it difficult to conduct in-depth analysis of its running state.Therefore,this research applies the operating defection shape (ODS) detection technology to the vibration testing of large reactor.Through analyzing its basic structure and vibration mechanism,and using finite element computing technology,the reactor ontology model is built up.Then in combination with the on-site ODS test,the deformation characteristics of reactor in operation are studied from the three aspects:the structure simulation,operation deformation and data analysis.
