Vibration Testing Technology of UHV Reactor Base on ODS
With UHV power grid construction speeding up in China, the conventional reactor vibration testing technology has been difficult to meet the needs of UHV reactor state analysis. The low vibration detection accuracy of reactor in running state makes it difficult to conduct in-depth analysis of its running state. Therefore, this research applies the operating defection shape (ODS) detection technology to the vibration testing of large reactor.Through analyzing its basic structure and vibration mechanism, and using finite element computing technology, the reactor ontology model is built up.Then in combination with the on-site ODS test, the deformation characteristics of reactor in operation are studied from the three aspects:the structure simulation, operation deformation and data analysis.
