SVPWM逆变器的开关频率和调制电压幅值对输出电压谐波的影响

对基于电压空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)方法下的逆变器做了介绍,并采用双重傅里叶级数分解的方法对输出电压谐波进行了分析.分析表明,开关频率和调制电压幅值均对谐波含量有一定的影响.开关频率的变化对总谐波畸变率影响不大,但开关频率不同,谐波含量的分布会发生明显的变化.调制电压幅值对总谐波畸变率有很大的影响,调制电压幅值越大,总谐波畸变率越小.最后用MATLAB的Simulink对SVPWM逆变器进行了仿真,给出了输出电压的仿真波形,验证了分析的正确性.
Influence of Switching Frequency and Modulation Voltage Amplitude of SVPWM Inverter on Output Voltage Harmonic
This paper introduces the inverter based on the space-vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM),and analyzes output voltage harmonic using two dimensions Fourier progression tool,a kind of decomposition solution.It is indicated that both the switching frequency and the modulation voltage amplitude have a certain effect on harmonic content.The switching frequency produces small influence on total harmonic distortion (THD),but when switching frequency changes the distribution of harmonic content is changed obviously; the modulation voltage amplitude has large influence on THD,i.e.the more the modulation voltage amplitude changes,the less THD changes.Finally,the SVPWM inverter is simulated by Simulink in MATLAB and the simulation waveform of the output voltage is also presented to the validate analysis results.
