基于主动解列检测的电网安全稳定控制方法研究

采用电力系统图论模型,提出了一种通过捕捉系统增幅振荡采取切机或主动解列措施来抑制系统振荡的稳定控制方法.该方法首先将整个配变电系统分为若干个孤岛,确定每个配变电机组的域,并将每个配变电机组的组别信息对解列边界进行初始化;其次,根据前两步得到最后的解列边界信息,判定故障域和域内故障配变电机组.数字仿真结果表明该方法快捷有效.
Power Grid Security and Stability Control Method Based on Active Splitting Testing
Based on power system graph theory model,this paper proposes a stability control method to suppress the system oscillation by capturing system divergent oscillation and taking the measures of generator tripping or active splitting.Firstly,divide the whole transmission and distribution system into several islands,determines the domain of each unit,and initializes splitting border by using each unit information.Secondly,according to the final splitting border information acquired at the first two stages,identificate the fault domain and faulty units within the domain.The digital simulation results show that the method is fast and effective.
