分布式电源接入对配网产生巨大的影响.研究了智能电网的功能和特点,着重研究配网级智能电网的特点以及分布式发电接入对配网的影响,研究了传统电网管理和智能电网管理的不同之处,根据联合示范工程ADINE的实践,结合智能电网在配电网侧有分布式发电接入和有源配网管理时的特点,研究如何运用自动抄表装置(AMR)、配电管理系统(DMS)和电能质量监控系统,提出三者适当结合的模式,目的在于解决低压配电故障信息获取和电能质量监控的问题,提高智能电网配网级的电力系统控制水平.
Control Strategy for Smart Grid with Distributed Generation
Interconnection of distributed generation greatly impacts distribution grid.This paper researches the features and functions of smart grid,emphatically the distribution characteristics of smart grid and impacts of distributed generation access to grid.The difference between the traditional network management and intelligent network management is compared.Based on the practice of joint demonstration projects of ADINE,and combined with the smart grid in the distribution network with distributed generation side access and the characteristics of source distribution management,this work studies how to combine and use the automatic meter reading device (AMR),distribution management system (DMS) and power quality monitoring and control system,in order to solve the problems in low voltage power distribution fault information acquisition and power quality monitoring,as well as to improve the smart grid power system control level.
