基于节点简化策略的配电网孤岛优化划分

对含分布式发电的配电网,为充分发挥分布式能源的潜力,提高配电系统的供电可靠性,对含分布式电源(distributed generation,简称DG)的配电网孤岛优化划分进行了研究.根据负荷的重要程度和可控性,基于配电网的树状结构,提出了配电网节点简化策略.在基本孤岛划分模型的基础上,提出了基于节点简化策略的孤岛搜索修正模型和孤岛划分方案修正原则.同时针对遗传算法应用于孤岛划分问题所面对的编码冗长、无效编码量大、易陷入局部最优等问题,提出了基于改进遗传算法的孤岛优化划分方法.IEEE69节点配网的仿真结果验证了所提模型和算法的有效性.
Optimized Islanding of Distribution System Based on Node Simplification Strategy
Abstract:This paper studies the optimized islanding of distribution system with distributed generation (DG) in order to develop the full potential of DG and improve the power supply reliability of distribution system.According to the importance and controllability of the load as well as the tree structure of distribution network,simplification strategy of distribution network node was proposed.On the basic islanding model,island search correction model and islanding scheme correction principle were proposed based on node simplification strategy.Meanwhile,in view of the problems of genetic algorithm application to islanding,including redundant coding,large amount of invalid code and vulnerability to local optimum,it puts forward the optimized islanding method based on the improved genetic algorithm.The simulation results on IEEE69 node distribution network demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm.
