On-line Insulation Monitoring System of HV Cable Sheath
This paper introduces a new on-line monitoring system of cable sheath insulation resistance base on DC superposition method,capable of the live measurement of cable sheath insulation status.The whole system is composed of main control circuit,sampling circuit,filter amplifier circuit and processing circuit; some circuits are designed and analyzed,and the whole system is set up and tested.From the testing results,it can be shown that the cable sheath insulation resistance can be measured accurately,ensuring the reliable assessment of the cable sheath.
