计及风力发电的电力系统经济调度

随着大规模风电场并网运行,考虑含风力发电的电力系统经济调度问题显得越来越重要.将风电成本引入传统经济调度成本函数,利用风电成本优势可降低总发电成本.同时,由于风力具有波动性,风电投入电力系统会对系统的稳定性造成影响,为此考虑风速的不确定性,引入风速的预测误差,并充分考虑风速波动造成的备用惩罚成本,将针对风电的安全备用成本引入成本函数,建立了计及风电波动性的电力系统经济调度模型.基于MATLAB对含风电机组的系统进行了仿真,证明了该方法的可行性和有效性.
Economic Dispatch of Power System Considering Wind Power
With the large-scale wind farms grid integration,it is more and more important to consider the economic dispatch problem of the power system containing wind power.The wind power cost is introduced into the traditional economic dispatch cost function in order to reduce the total cost due to the lower wind power cost.At the same time,the wind volatility affects the system stability with the wind power access; therefore,considering the uncertainty of wind speed,wind speed prediction error is introduced; considering the penalty reserve cost caused by wind speed fluctuations,the reserve cost is introduced into the cost function for wind power safety.Power system economic dispatch model was set up considering wind power volatility.Based on MATLAB,power system containing wind turbine has been simulated,which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
