基于纹波趋势理论的开关电源故障预警智能组件

目前继电保护产品多为微机保护装置,其供电形式无一例外地采用了开关电源,开关电源老化失效是该类产品故障的一个主要因素,特别是近年来数字化保护的大量应用,其光功率器件对开关电源提出了更高的性能要求.提出了实时监测开关电源输出纹波的变化趋势来判别开关电源性能和寿命的方法,以实现预警功能.并在此理论方法的基础上完成了开关电源故障预警智能组件的设计研发工作,该组件已经运用到现场运行的微机保护装置中,可进一步提高装置的年利用率,有效实现故障的提前预警.研究结果表明该方法可靠有效,具有实用性.
Intelligent Component for Switching Power Supply Fault Early Warning Based on Ripple-Wave Trend Theory
At present,the relay protection products are usually microprocessor protective devices,whose power supply is unexceptionally in the form of switching power supply,and consequently the ageing failure of the witching power supply becomes a major defect.With the wide application of digital protection in recent years,the optical power devices pose higher requirements for the performance of switching power supply.This paper proposes a method to identify the switch power supply performance and life based on the real-time monitoring of the change trend of switch power supply output ripple in order to realize the early warning function.And thereupon,the intelligent component for switch power supply fault early warning has been designed and developed.The component has been applied to the field operation of microcomputer protection device,further improving the device annual utilization rate,and effectively achieving fault early warning.The research results show that this method is reliable effective and practical.
