对10 kV配电架空线路中广泛应用的交联聚乙烯铝芯绝缘导线及楔形线夹进行载流温升实验.实验中记录了3种10 kV线径绝缘导线和楔形线夹连接点在额定载流和超额定电流运行情况下的温度.通过与导线线芯、交联聚乙烯材料允许工作温度的比对,分析了正常和过载情况下载流导线热效应对导线的各种影响,论证了3种线径导线和楔形线夹在运行中的安全可靠性.
Analysis of Tempreture Rise at the Joint of Overhead Insulated Conductor and Wedge Clamp
This research conducted loaded temperature-rising experiment on the XLPE aluminum-core insulation wires and wedge clamps idely applied to 10 kV overhead distribution line.The experiment recorded the temperatures of the joints of three kinds of 10 kV insulation wires and wedge clamps with the rated load and overload.By comparing the admitted working temperature for the wire core and XLPE,it analyzes the effects of wire heating with the rated load and overload,and demonstrates the safety and reliability of the three kinds of.insulation wires and wedge clamps in the running.
